Where will your donation go?

There are many tangible ways your donation can help:

Donate directly towards a child or teacher

  • $50 can get a teacher the required training material for a year.
  • $300  will help pay a child’s primary school fees for a year.
  • $500 will sponsor a high school child for a year.
  • $720 is enough to sponsor a teacher’s salary for a year.

Donate to help adult vocational training

  • $350 buys a sewing machine for our ‘train a tailor’ program.

Donate to support safe water solutions

  • $25 can go towards building a handwashing station to help meet children’s’ hygiene needs.
  • $40 a month would help a family of five become protected from water-borne diseases.
  • $60 will buy a water purifying treatment package to help reduce infectious such as malaria and cholera.
  • $150 sponsor the installation of a borehole for an entire community. This helps the water to become accessible and also clean enough for drinking, washing and cooking.
